To ensure a smooth and timely setup, please provide detailed parking and loading instructions at least 3 days prior to your event. This allows our team to plan accordingly and helps avoid delays during setup and breakdown.

We provide two professional attendants to manage the booth, assist guests, and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

We require a minimum setup area of 10x10 feet along with two standard electrical outlets located within 15 feet of the booth location.

For outdoor setups, the booth must be placed on a dry, paved, and shaded surface that is fully protected from wind, direct sunlight, and extreme temperatures. This ensures the safety of our equipment and provides the best possible experience for you and your guests.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.

The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your event date.

We know life happens and plans can change unexpectedly. While bookings canceled within 14 days are non-refundable, we don’t want you to lose out. That’s why we offer two options:

• Reschedule your event within 6 months (subject to availability) with a $75 transfer fee.

• Receive a credit worth 50% of your booking fee, which you can apply to a future rental within 6 months.

All credits and reschedule dates are non-transferable and must be used by the original client.
